1. Students Log Their Own Hours
Students will log their own volunteer hours instead of having an administrator do it. This can be done through our mobile app, self check-in kiosk, event sign-in sheet, or embeddable widgets on your website, whichever works best for your club.
2. Students Monitor Their Own Progress
Students can view their progress toward minimum hours requirements in real-time and administrators can award milestones when requirements are met.
3. Approve Hours and View Reports
Administrators can easily review and approve hours, and require additional verifications like signatures, selfies, or GPS location to verify student volunteer hours. Create reports filtered by custom categories such as school service and offsite volunteer hours.
4. Organize Events and Get RSVPs
Use the calendar to plan out events and volunteer opportunities. Students RSVP, automatic reminders are sent, and hours are logged through a sign-in sheet or pre-filled hour log. Administrators don’t have to do any additional communication, but students are still reminded!
