How do I create an account as a volunteer?
Volunteers must be connected to an existing organization on Track it Forward. Please contact your organization and ask about registration instructions. For more information, view this help article.
What kind of support is available?
Track it Forward support is primarily provided via email unless the issue requires a meeting. For larger organizations that need extra assistance with setup and configurations, onboarding and training is available for an additional fee.
Do I need to add a payment method to start a trial?
No credit card or payment method is required for the free 30 day trial.
What happens if I don't upgrade my trial after 30 days?
If you don't upgrade to a paid subscription after 30 days, your account will be downgraded to a free plan, and your site information will be saved for future use.
Which volunteers count toward the subscription price?
Only active volunteers count toward your subscription pricing. Administrators can archive inactive volunteers to preserve data, and the archived volunteers will not count toward your subscription pricing.
What are the payment options?
Track it Forward subscriptions can be paid on a monthly or annual basis. Annual subscriptions automatically receive a 20% discount. Payments are typically made online by credit or debit card, however if your organization is unable to do this, please contact support for invoicing options.
