Multiple volunteer opportunites to work with 501 Auctions during the Rock the Yacht Gala and Auction. Please note that most of the positions require arriving early for computer platform training. Please read full description of each shift.

Wine wall
Man the wine wall and assist auction guests who've purchased wine tickets to select a bottle of wine

Check-in
Checking in auction guests using a laptop. Includes collecting contact and credit card information. Volunteers should be comfortable with computer skills and available to arrive at 5:00pm for training.

Drink ticket sales
Use iPad during check-in to sell drink tickets and wine bottle grab tickets. Volunteers must be comfortable with computer skills and be available to arrive at 5:00pm for training.

6:30pm - 8:30pm
Bidding assistant
Circulate through the crowd during silent auction and assist bidders using iPad. Volunteers must be available to arrive at 5:00pm for training.

8:15pm - 9:15pm
Live auction assistant
Circulate through the crowd with iPad during the live auction to assist with the bidding process. Volunteers must be available to arrive at 5:00pm for training.

Check-out
Check out winning bidders using laptop. Volunteers must be comfortable with computer skills and available to arrive for training at 5:00pm

Help winning bidders find and obtain their items from the table after they've checked out
