There is a shift for families that are flexible for Wednesday. Families that sign up for "Families Available to Swap or Substitute" shift, please include the most reliable contact information so you can be reached. These families are willing to work if another family has an emergency that would not allow them to fulfill one of their BINGO commitments. It is the family seeking a substitute that is responsible for contacting and ensuring that family works in lieu of them. The Families that sign up for the shift titled "Families Available to Swap or Substitute" would only work that Wednesday if contacted by another family.

A list of individuals will be sent to you for consideration. It will be the responsibility of the family to organize, sign-up and log hours when they have another person working for their family.
