Note: Parents may receive credit for this work toward either the 2020-2021 service hour requirement or the 2021-2022 service hour requirement .
SAHS needs parent support to enact our safety and sanitation protocols for in-school learning. By signing up for a shift, you are committing to come every day during the 2-week block. The first block covers the following dates:
Tuesday, 5/11
Wednesday, 5/12
Thursday, 5/13
Friday, 5/14
Tuesday, 5/18
Wednesday, 5/19
Thursday, 5/20
Friday, 5/21
There are 3 different shifts available:
Before School: 6:45 am-8:45 am
•Temperature check in Lobby and at Arbor gate
•Courtyard supervision of students
•Sanitizing of public areas
Lunch: 12:15 pm-1:30 pm
•Courtyard supervision of students
•Sanitizing of public areas
•Assisting maintenance staff with light after lunch clean up
•After school tasks on Early Out Fridays 12 pm-1:30 pm
After School: 2:00 pm- 4:00 pm
•Main Entrance and Arbor Gate supervision of students as they exit (No congregating, loitering, jay-walking, etc)
•Courtyard supervision of students
•Sanitizing of public areas
•Assisting maintenance with light duties, like emptying waste baskets
Once you sign up, the volunteer team will contact you to confirm your understanding that this is a 2-week commitment. If you have completed your service hours for this year, hours will count toward next year's requirement. At the end of your two weeks, PEP will automatically log your hours - you should not submit these in Track it Forward.
