St. Anthony High School, Long Beach

We need adult volunteers to help run the Graduation Ceremony this Saturday, June 5th. The event will be held at Clark Field, and volunteer slots are open only to parents of Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors. All volunteers must wear a mask. Volunteers are asked to wear Dressy/Business Casual attire, and those working parking/security will be provided with security vests.

You cannot park in the Clark Field lot, so please plan ahead to find street parking and arrive in time for your shift. Check in at the ticket table by the Press Box to sign in and receive your instructions. The point of contact for tickets/check-in is Lourdes Baez, for parking/security it's Chris Morrison.

The following shifts are available:
12:00-3:00
*Set up chairs

1:30 - 4:30 p.m.
* Drive in gate 
* Parking assistance/security (main lot)
* Parking assistance/security (lot by locker room)
* Roamers/Handicap parking
* Tickets/Check In

6:00 - 8:00
* Clean up crew (Note: this position is eligible for double service hours)

Only people who are formally signed up through Track it Forward will be allowed to work this event. If you intend to have more than one parent work, you must sign up twice in the system.
