Join Lifestyle Medicine Interest Group at the Spring Health Fair hosted by the Global and Community Health Committee on Sunday 2/16 from 12:00-3:00 PM at the gymnasium across from St. Joseph's Parish located at 113 Cottage St. in Middletown. We will be discussing healthy lifestyle habits ranging from eating well and exercising to good sleep habits and stress management. We have lots of free goodies to give away! This event is TOUCH hour eligible!
