The Visual & Performing Arts Department is looking for volunteers and donations for the Arts Awards Night on Thursday, May 16. Please sign up below.

VOLUNTEERS
SHIFT: 5:00 - 8:00 pm to help set up, serve, and clean up. Event organizers will be there to help as well.

DONATIONS
LABEL YOUR DONATION ITEMS: Arts Awards/Mrs. Williams (YOUR NAME)
DROP OFF DATE: Thursday, May 16
DROP OFF LOCATION & TIME: Dining Hall between 4:00-5:00 pm

Be sure to log service hours as follows once you have made your donation:
* 2 dozen cookies/brownies/bars = 1 hour of service
* Beverages = 1 hour of service per $20 spent
