PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE EVENT DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!
This sign up is for various jobs associated with the Hall of Fame Tailgate and the Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. On this night, we welcome back many of our alumnus to celebrate SFHS! Sign ups are limited to ONE SLOT per person, per time shift. Slots with duplicate names will be deleted. If you will be here during the day, sunscreen and hats are recommended!
EARLY SET UP SHIFTS! Please log your own hours for this event.
ALL OTHER SHIFTS! Please sign in/out on iPad kiosk or paper sheet (whichever is provided) IN ROOM 404! If you do not sign in/out you will not receive service hours. No Exceptions.
The Set-Up Shifts will involve moving tables and chairs. If you are physically unable to move tables or chairs, please do not sign up for these shifts.
If the sign up is full, PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP ANYWAY! We have limited space and duties. Extra people can create chaos.
IF YOU ARE WORKING FRIDAY NIGHT, please wear your brown and gold! This is a casual event celebrating SFHS - comfortable shoes, jeans/shorts, whatever you would normally wear to a football game is ok!
IF YOU ARE WORKING FRIDAY NIGHT, you may NOT park in the lot adjacent to the football field. No exceptions!
