BAKERS for October 2019 Bake Sale

CALLING ALL BAKERS!*

WELCOME TO THE 2019-2020 LUNCHTIME BAKE SALE SIGNUP (October 2019)

Thank you for volunteering!

*If you want to staff this event rather than bake, please see the Signup entitled "STAFFERS for October 2019 Bake Sale"

Guidelines:

1. Baked goods must be 3 INCHES IN SIZE AND HOMEMADE to receive service hours! TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 1 family service hour. (Store bought baked good = 0 service hours)

2. Maximum baking contribution per month is 2 dozen treats, which equals one family service hour. Please do not submit more than 2 dozen treats (one service hour) per month, so that every baker has an opportunity to earn service hours. If a baker signs up for more than one baking slot in a given month, one of those slots may be deleted. Extra baked goods will not receive credit.

3. Please do NOT bake anything with nuts! This includes anything with peanut butter; please NO peanut butter cookies or any items with peanuts/peanut butter/other nut butters/peanut butter chips.

4. Every item must be individually wrapped (except cupcakes).

5. Please make sure your cookies/brownies/treats are at least 3 inches in size.

6. Please attach a "bake sale coupon" to receive your credit. Coupons are attached to this signup and are also available in the front office. Please include your name, your son's name, what you sent, and how much. (i.e. 2 dozen Fruity Pebble Treats). TWO dozen homemade baked goods = 1 family service hour. (No coupon attached = 0 service hours)

7. Homemade baked goods need to be delivered to the main office no later than 10:30AM on the DAY OF the Bake Sale. (Yes, you can send them in with your son at drop off at 8 AM!)

8. Jennifer Bender, jabender@charter.net, and Lee Shackleton, shacks777@yahoo.com, are the committee co-chairs of the Bake Sale. Many talented bakers are eager to support the monthly Bake Sale, so please be aware that we will be managing the sign ups to maintain the guidelines and to involve as many volunteers as possible.

9. Committee Chairs will log and approve hours for this event.
