PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!
Friday, October 4, 2019 are St. Francis Football home games against Mayfair. We have extensive needs for volunteers for Concessions, Security, 50/50 Raffle, Program Sales and Ticket sales. Please ensure you do not overlap your signups. Each parent may only sign up for ONE slot per shift. Additional sign ups under the same name will be deleted. All end times are approximate depending on when the varsity game ends.

MORNING SET UP CONCESSIONS ONLY please check in at the Front Office and sign in/out on paper sheet in upper concessions.

ALL OTHER VOLUNTEERS MUST go to room 404 to sign in/sign out of your shifts. You will only receive hours if you use the sign in in room 404. IF YOU DO NOT SIGN IN AND OUT, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE HOURS. No Exceptions. YOU MUST SIGN UP TO RECEIVE HOURS! If the sign up is full, do not show up expecting to work.

Please see directions as follows after signing in:

For Security - In Room 404 David Jonke or one of his coordinators will give you your yellow jacket and direct you to the appropriate assignment.
For Concession - go to the upper concession and meet Ron Smith or one of his coordinators for your assignments.
For Ticket Sales and Program - report to the UPPER TICKET SALES tables (by the St. Francis Office) and meet with Aimee Gutierrez
For Program Sales - report to the UPPER TICKET SALES tables (by the St. Francis Office) and meet with Lynne Nakamura
For 50:50 Raffle - meet Ed Boyer at the top of the home bleachers on the 50 yard line.

For Concession remember:
Bring only minimum personal belongings- Limited room to store small purses (No storage for sports/book bags, etc.)
Setup and cleanup require moderate/heavy physical work (e.g., bending, lifting) and volunteers may/will get dirty.

ALL VOLUNTEERS (except morning concessions) MUST sign in and sign out on the paper sheets OR iPads (whichever is provided) in Room 404 to receive your volunteer hours. PLEASE DO NOT LOG YOUR HOURS FROM HOME FOR THIS SIGN UP. NO SELF LOGGED HOURS FOR THIS SIGN UP WILL BE ACCEPTED!
