Join us for a step by step baking class on how to make pumpkin pancakes. This month we will be focusing on pumpkin themed desserts and to start off, we will be teaching a class on how to make pumpkin pancakes from scratch! Join our class for a fun Halloween cooking class and a chance to interact with people virtually while playing games as well!

Platform for online class- Zoom (you need an account)
Service hours- 1 hour for attending and 1 hour for sending a photo of your finished dessert!

Materials to Prepare-

Mixing bowl
Whisk
Measuring cups
Measuring spoons
Liquid measuring cup
Plastic bag
Scissors
Spatula
pan or skillet

1 ¼ cups of all purpose flour
¼ cup of white sugar
2 teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
1 cup of milk
½ cup of pumpkin puree
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Fun things to decorate your pancake.
Chocolate chips
Whipped cream
Fruit like: blueberries, strawberries, bananas or oranges
