This PUSD Staff-focused COVID booster clinic will operate alongside our "Thanks to You BBQ" in the back staff parking lot of PUSD HQ.

Volunteers will assist PUSD Health Services by greeting staffers who will receive COVID booster shots. Volunteers must be 18+ years old and be FULLY IMMUNIZED for COVID. Masks required.

Please arrive on time to get briefed on your duties and get specific on-site instructions.

Volunteers will have access to staff bathrooms, waters, and snacks... perhaps even some BBQ!

WHERE:
Pasadena Unified School District Headquarters
351 S. Hudson Ave.
Pasadena, CA 91101

PARKING:
Please park on nearby streets adhering to all parking signs or in the shopping center lot at the corner of Del Mar and Hudson.

REPORT TO:
The back parking lot - entrance on S. Oak Knoll across from the main entrance to McKinley Elementary - and ask for Katia Ahmed, PUSD Health Services Coordinator. She is your point person on site and will direct your volunteer service.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
- Dress for comfort, mobility, and the weather.
- Wear closed-toe sneakers.
- Wear a hat to protect your face from the sun. Don't forget to put on sunscreen.
- Wear a mask!
- Gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided.
- Water & snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own water as well.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS:

We are asking for a specific number of volunteers. If you cannot make your shift, please let us know right away. Never volunteer if you are not feeling well. Cancel your shift.
