Pediatric COVID Clinic @ McKinley Gym

Volunteers will assist PUSD Health Services and Pasadena Public Health by greeting children aged 5 - 11 who will receive COVID vaccines and clinic traffic flow. Volunteers must be FULLY IMMUNIZED for COVID. Masks required. High school students who meet this criteria can volunteer to earn service hours!
Please arrive on time to get briefed on your duties and get specific on-site instructions.
Volunteers will have access to staff bathrooms, waters, and snacks.
CLINIC SCHEDULE:
8 - 9 AM - Set up
9 - 11 AM - Clinic
11 - 11:30 - Clinic Wrap

Gym - McKinley School
325 S Oak Knoll Ave, Pasadena, CA 91101

PARKING:
Please park on nearby streets adhering to all parking signs or Ed Center back lot (see white "x" on map).
REPORT TO:
The McKinley Gym - see marked in red on map. Enter on S. Oak Knoll at area marked with a red "x" across from the Ed Center parking lot. Follow the red dotted path to the gym. Ask for Katia Ahmed, PUSD Health Services Coordinator. She is your point person on site and will direct your volunteer service.
WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
- Dress for comfort, mobility, and the weather.
- Wear closed-toed, soft soled shoes. No heels on the gym floor.
- Wear a mask!
- Gloves and hand sanitizer will be provided.
- Water & snacks will be provided. Feel free to bring your own water as well.
SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
**All volunteers help with the understanding that they do so at their own risk. Anytime a person leaves their home, they increase their chance of exposure to COVID-19.**
We are asking for a specific number of volunteers. If you cannot make your shift, please let us know right away. Never volunteer if you are not feeling well. Cancel your shift.
