Sept. 30 - Very physical position. Heavy schlepping of tables, chairs, and event materials.

Sept. 30th - Light Physical - Placing signs, tablecloths, setting up food and beverage area.

Decorations
Sept. 30th - Light physical work. Help hang lights, overall event look.

Check-In Table
Oct. 1 - Seated Position. Check people in when they arrive at the event. Hand out needed materials to attendees.

Raffle Sellers
Oct. 1 - On your feet position. Walk around the event and sell raffle tickets. Be comfortable with handling money. If there are two sellers you can split your time selling the tickets.

Silent Auction Managers
Oct. 1 - Light physical work. Keep eyes on the auction items. Monitor bidding. Help transport items to check-out for people.

Oct. 1 - On your feet position. Greet people as they enter. Help direct and answer questions during the night. Also, be willing to help out in any area if needed.

Oct. 1 - On your feet and light physical work. Help serve alcohol and non-alcohol to attendees. Help to stock product and maintain the flow of the bar. Be comfortable with handling cash transactions.

Oct. 1 - Seated position. Be comfortable running a cash system and handling cash. Have patience with people in the silent auction line.
