Where: Fresh Market - 3387 Tates Creek Rd

Instructions:
- Gather up some boxes before you glean, as Fresh Market's donations are often loose.
- Before you arrive, call Fresh Market to make sure there is produce to be gleaned. Calling ahead will save you a trip if there are no donations.

- If there is no donation, please call Edith at Westminster Village at 859-351-6530 and let her know. And then go to http://tinyurl.com/GleaningForm and record this information, entering zero for total pounds gleaned. This assists us in our record keeping by letting us know that there was no donation.

- Park in the lot near the front door.
- Tell a cashier that you're with GleanKY and are picking up the produce donations. A manager will then show you where the produce donations are.
- Sign any forms they give you.
- Wheel the carts out the front door and load the food into your vehicle, weighing each box as you go, and separating any clearly inedible food. Do not leave any food or trash behind. Either compost at your home or dispose of elsewhere
- Return the carts to the appropriate location.
- Please remember to thank the Fresh Market staff for the donation.

Drop Off

Where: Westminster Village Apartments Community Room - 1510 Versailles Rd.

When: Immediately after gleaning Fresh Market

Directions: Turn into Westminster driveway, proceed down the driveway. The Community Center, a small one story building, will be on your left.
