Pick Up

Where: Costco

When: 12:00 p.m.

Contact: Receiving – (859) 245-3622

Instructions:

- Before you arrive, please call Costco between 10:00am-11:00am and let them know you will be coming and to make sure they have produce to be gleaned. The number is (859) 245-3622.

- If there is nothing to be gleaned, please call Steve Price at (859) 699-1256 and let him know. And then go to http://tinyurl.com/GleaningForm and record this information, entering zero for total pounds gleaned.

- When you arrive, go to the back of the building to the loading dock and ring the buzzer. When you hear a clicking sound, you can open the door.

- Please weigh all produce as you load it into your vehicle. Most of the produce is in packages with weights listed.

- If there is more produce than you can fit in your vehicle, call our offices at (859) 444-4769 and we will send one of our vans to pick up any excess food!

- Please wear your GleanKY shirt.

Drop Off

Where: Grace Baptist Church (811 Bryan Avenue)

When: Immediately After Gleaning Costco

Contact: Steve Price - (859) 699-1256

Instructions:

-Turn off of Loudon Ave. into church parking lot.

-811 is the building next to the church. Staff will be there to help you unload your vehicle.

-Record your gleaning information at http://tinyurl.com/GleaningForm with in 24 hours
