Alternative Spring Break - Record Clearance Project

San Jose State University's Record Clearance Project has room for a couple of JD and LLM students for their week-long, alternative spring break, all on Zoom, from March 21-25.
In this project, advanced RCP undergrad students team up with law students and a supervising attorney and are assigned a client for whom they will work to clear the client's criminal record. The intense work and prep add up to 50 pro bono hours.
If eligible, law students can be certified to appear at the clients' hearing a couple months later under the professor's supervision.
