Sensing the Forest Event

We are more creatures of the forest than we realize. Join us on a slow guided sensory journey through a recently restored forest and experience the sights, sounds, feelings and sensations that reconnect our deepest, most ancient selves to the forested landscape. Leave with a new appreciation for the benefits a forest provides to you and with a stronger bond to the woods.
This 2 hour experience is offered as a fundraiser for Wild Woods Restoration Project. Wild Woods Restoration Project's mission is to restore the Hudson valley forests with local native plants grown by volunteers. Suggested minimum donation is $30.
WHERE: Salisbury Mills, NY (more details will be provided in the confirmation email after you register)
BRING: Dress appropriately for the weather, bring an extra layer for comfort, and some water. Wear comfortable shoes. Barefoot optional depending on weather.
