El Grito Festival is a celebration of Mexican Independence Day and the celebration of the commitment to community values. Celebration is being held by LULAC Council #255. Lifeline of Galveston County was invited to come and host a table to speak to the public about volunteering, TNR, and adoption opportunities. No animals are coming to this event.
