Ice-cream Social Event - Balloon Decorating and Chair Setup

Time: 2PM-4PM and4PM-6PM
Location: Chamber of Commerce Lawn

Description:
The Chamber of Commerce's Newcomers Club is excited to host an Ice-cream Social to warmly welcome our new members! To make this event a delightful and welcoming experience, we are seeking enthusiastic volunteers to assist with balloon decorating and chair setup.

Volunteer Responsibilities:
Balloon Decorating: Inflate and arrange balloons to create a festive atmosphere. This includes helping Ms. Rosie hang balloons from tree branches.
Chair Setup: Carry lawn chairs from member's cars to the Chamber Lawn.

Skills and Qualifications:
No prior experience required; a positive attitude and willingness to help are most important.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic physical stamina to handle setting up chairs and inflating balloons.
Creativity is a plus for balloon decorating!
