Concert of Arias - International Artist Airport Pickup

Pickup and accompany international young singers from Bush Intercontinental Airport to their hotel.

Pickups will occur sometime in the indicated time window. A precise schedule will be provided when flight information is known.

International pick ups are a little more complicated because international artists do not have a US cellphone and have more difficulty communicating with you. Since the International Arrivals Terminal has no longer a parking building, you should park your car in a different terminal and take the underground train to reach the international arrival lounge, meet your artist and bring them back to your car using again the underground train.

To help your artist identify you, please take a sign than says HGO and/or their name.

When they get in your car, please send an email to HGO at rehearsal@hgo.org and copy Alex at adibagno2@hotmail.com. If an email is not possible, please text Alex at 832-540-2405. Alex will relay the message to HGO.

Actual time required is usually two to three hours.

Please note any time constraints you may have in the message to the organizer when you sign-up.

It would be nice if you could give them a small welcome bag containing a bottle of water and a few salty and/or sweet snacks.
