Continent Day: Ms. Jackie's Class
Friday, May 18 2018
Friday, May 18th, 5pm-6pm (Toddler, Pre-Primary and Primary)
Students have been studying North America with a focus on Cuba. Our class is offering some traditional Cuban dishes and a highlight of some Cuban artworks and architecture.
This event, unlike some others, is highly customized given that each class is assigned a specific country that they learn about over the course of the year. On Continent Day itself, each class has specific foods associated with their country in their rooms as students/parents visit each classroom (or “country”) and partake in their food. Skits and songs will be held in the great room.
