Volunteers are needed for setting up and taking down (2 volunteers to set up, 2 volunteers to clean up!) the meet and greet/PIN for the two Primary classrooms.

Please bring 1-2 bouquets of flowers to display on refreshment tables.

Set Up
Please arrive at 6:00 p.m. to arrange tables, collect serving ware, glassware, and silverware. Find vase for flowers, tablecloth, arrange chairs, etc.

Food
Please bring snack foods/appetizers for 25 people. Please list what you will be bringing so we do not double up on anything!

Please stay after the meeting to wash all used dishes by hand.
