It will be a fun Christmas celebration for the 5th Grade Class! Please sign up for the items below to kick off the festive season. We want to give our 5th graders some heart-warming hot cocoa and churros and we would also like to request some volunteers to help with the celebration! We want to account for 40 ppl - we have 36 students, 2 teachers and 2 volunteers. PLEASE NOTE: **Snacks and drink items should be delivered to the picnic table area just before recess between 9:00-9:15 am at the main gate so items stay warm. Recess is at 9:30AM.! Volunteers MUST be Virtus Trained.

Hot Chocolate Traveler
(from anywhere like Corner Bakery, Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts) Enough hot chocolate for 38 servings. Please drop off right before recess between 9:00-9:15 am at the main gate so it stays warm. Corner Bakery sells a large truffle hot chocolate traveler that serves 40 ppl — 2.5 hours

Churros
- we are looking for a parent to kindly purchase and cook these at home. If you can please bring them nice and warm for the party right before recess between 9:00- 9:15 am at Gate A so it stays warm. Frozen churros can be found at Costco or Smart & Final stores for example. See link above — 3 hrs
