STEM Nation is a one-day experience for selected elementary & junior high studetns to interact with robotics, engineering, and technology activities in a theme park-like environment. There are three dates/opportunities to participate as a volunteer: 1/29/22, 2/5/22, 2/26/22. Organizers recommend signing up for at least two shifts, so that you can be trained at the first. You may sign up for as many shifts as you like. Volunteer duties include: ticket sales, event facilitators (photo booth, workshops, challenges), and operations (group guides, concessions). Volunteers will receive food & limited edition t-shirt.
Location: Pacific Drive Elementary School, 1501 W. Valencia Drive, Fullerton
Dress Code: show up in either color SLOBs shirt to identify yourself - volunteers will be given event t-shirt. Closed toed shoes.
