Much Ado About Nothing: Comedy at the Muckenthaler

The Muckenthaler Cultural Center is looking for volunteers to work as ushers during the Shakespearean comedy show, Much Ado About Nothing. The shows will be presented at their beautiful outdoor amphitheater Mondays - Wednesdays from Oct 21 to Nov 13. (For show info, see https://www.electriccompanytheatre.org/) This will be the last play of the year at the Muck; the next play will be in Feb 2025.
Ushers will perform light duties such as help patrons to their seats and arrange chairs, tables, and signs.
According to SLOBs volunteers who worked at the Muck’s summer performances in June 2024, ushers should be able to watch the entire play as they are usually not busy during the performance.
Only 2 spots are available for each evening show in the Fall performances.
Please follow these steps to sign up:

In the “My Comment” section, type “usher”
2) After you’ve secured a spot at the show’s SignupGenius web page, return to Track It Forward to sign up for the corresponding shift.
3) If you need to cancel or change your shift, please cancel or change at the signup website first, then cancel or change in Track It Forward. (Do NOT just cancel or change in Track It Forward.)
Note: It is not sufficient to only sign up in Track It Forward. To secure your spot, you must sign up at the show’s SignupGenius signup webpage first.
Dress code: Navy blue SLOBs T-shirt and closed toe shoes.
