Help attendees find a seat at a table in the mail ballroom at the general sessions. Assist sponsors if they have an assigned table.

Answer attendee questions and assist registration as needed.

Hall Monitors
Responsible for directing attendees to meeting rooms, restrooms & lunch.
10:30am - 2:30pm
Volunteer Desk
Responsible for checking volunteers in & out & making sure the volunteer understands their job for the day.
11:00am - 1:30pm
Hospitality
Help attendees find the numbered table that matches the number they are given as they entered the networking luncheon session. Assist sponsors if they have an assigned table. Direct attendees to break-out session meeting rooms & main ballroom after lunch.
12:30pm - 4:30pm
Hall Monitors
Responsible for directing attendees to break-out session meeting rooms and main ballroom & restrooms.
