Christmas Party Coordinator

We are looking a coordinator for Christmas party on Sunday December 17th time to be discussed.
Responsibilities: work with coaches to plan and organize thus event, help with the gym decoration, and prepare some craft for girls. Work with 6 other volunteers to plan and run the event. Approximately 6-8 hours.
