We are looking for dedicated and compassionate volunteers to join our team and help us make a positive impact.

Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic Community Service Volunteers to assist with a variety of tasks within our organization. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the non-profit sector, support your community, and work alongside a passionate team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Sanitation:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the office space.
- Ensure common areas, restrooms, and kitchen are clean and well-stocked.
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols.

2. Donation Sorting and Receiving:
- Assist in receiving incoming donations from donors.
- Sort through donations to categorize and organize items appropriately.
- Inspect items for quality and usability.

3. Organizing Storage:
- Help organize storage areas to maximize space and efficiency.
- Label and arrange items to ensure easy access and inventory management.

4. Community Outreach:
- Assist in distributing information and items to the community.
- Support the coordination of community events and outreach programs.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to community members seeking assistance.

5. Application Preparation:
- Help put together application folders for clients and community programs.
- Ensure all necessary forms and documents are included and organized.

6. General Support:
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Support other team members in day-to-day operations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move donations (up to 20 lbs).
- Commitment to the mission and values of Unique Blessings NPO.
- Previous volunteer experience is a plus but not required.
