Concessions Stand Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience for soccer fans by providing high-quality service and maintaining efficient concessions operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and serve customers with a friendly and positive attitude. Handle inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve food items and beverages according to the established standards and health regulations, ensuring high quality and consistency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock inventory as needed. Report any shortages or discrepancies to the Concessions Manager to ensure adequate supplies for each event.
- Sanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, equipment, and utensils. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including those related to food safety and sanitation.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Assist in setting up and breaking down the concessions stand before and after events.
- Promotion and Sales: Promote and upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales revenue.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
