NCCC Kick Off Ice Cream Social

This is an all families NCCC event, and we need volunteers for tasks such as helping us to buy items, set up, prepare ice cream, serve during the event, be greeters in the lobby, and facilitate the carpool sign up and sign in tables.

Volunteers needed:
Ice Cream Scoopers! - 2 parents to pre scoop and store ice cream in the freezer. Arrive at 3:15 (1 volunteer hour)
Servers – 2 parents to set out ice cream and toppings and to oversee serving tables. Arrive at 4pm (1 volunteer hour)
Purchase ice cream, drinks, and various toppings – 7 parents – Madisen will contact you once you sign up to let you know the specific items needed. Bring items to venue at 3pm (2 volunteer hours per item donated)
Purchase cups/spoons/bowls/napkins - 4 parents, 1 per item - Madisen will contact you once you sign up to let you know the specific items needed. Bring to venue at 3pm (2 volunteer hours per item donated
Clean-up crew - 2 parents - Go through venue after the event is ended including restrooms, reception area and lobby and be sure all is cleaned up. Check in with Madisen at 5pm (1 volunteer hour)
Carpool Signup – 2 parents – Guide families in signing up for carpools as necessary by choir. Arrive at 3:45pm (2 volunteer hours)
Sign In - 2 parents - Make sure all families sign in when they arrive. Arrive at 3:45pm (2 volunteer hours)
Greeters – 3 parents – Welcome guests as they arrive at the venue, direct to sign in table. Arrive at 3:45pm (2 volunteer hours)
Video/ Photography - 2 parents - Take photos and videos of the event to be used by our marketing team for social and promotional materials. Also, if you have any experience in video editing, please let us know and we can utilize that talent as well! Arrive at 4pm (2 volunteer hours)
