Echoes of the Season NCYC Holiday Concert

At this year's holiday concert, we need volunteers for tasks such as helping us to buy items, set up, prepare the reception, be greeters in the lobby, oversee singers, facilitate the info/merch table and help to clean up the venue after the concert.
Please review the available volunteer opportunities listed below, choose which one you would like to help with, and click "sign up". The number of volunteer hours is noted in the job description. *Please note that all volunteers will need a ticket for the concert.* Thank you!
Volunteers needed:
Reception – 4 parents to set up before the concert, man reception tables, and clean up the reception area after. Arrive at 12pm (4 volunteer hours)
Purchase reception food/drink items – 6 parents – order, pick up and bring items to venue at 12:30pm (2 volunteer hours per assignment if donated, 1 hour if asking for reimbursement; Please provide receipt to ornah@norcalchildrenschorus.org for reimbursement). You will be contacted with food/drink assignment to purchase
Purchase cups/forks/napkins. - 4 parents - Bring to venue at 12:30pm (2 volunteer hours per assignment if donated, 1 hour if asking for reimbursement; Please provide receipt to ornah@norcalchildrenschorus.org for reimbursement). You will be contacted with reception items assignment to purchase
Back-of-House Primo Voce - 2 parents
Back-of-House Intermezzo – 2 parents
Back-of-House Bel Canto – 2 parents
Back-of-House Bella Voce – 2 parents
Please note: BOH positions require your attendance in both dress rehearsals AND the concert; Arrive with singers on the day of the concert.
See Mrs. Britts for instructions when you arrive. Keep order as singers are in their chairs during rehearsal and concert. Assist with line-up during rehearsal and at beginning of concert. Supervise the singers during the break where they eat lunch and prepare for the concert. Check all singers for appropriate shoes, socks, hair. Sit with singers during the concert. Be sure that any space used for lunch, warm-ups, rehearsal space is clean. (6 volunteer hours)
Clean-up crew - 2 parents - Go through concert venue including restrooms, reception area and lobby and be sure all is cleaned up after the concert. (1 volunteer hour)
Usher/Greeter – 4 parents – Check tickets and hand out programs as guests enter the venue and direct them to available seats. Arrive at 1pm (1 volunteer hour)
Attend information table/ merch – 2 parents – Answer questions, provide information regarding auditions, sell NCCC merchandise, accept donations. Arrive at 1:15pm and return to the table after the concert (1 volunteer hour)
Video/ Photography - 2 parents - Take photos and videos of the event to be used by our marketing team for social and promotional materials. Also, if you have any experience in video editing, please let us know and we can utilize that talent as well! Arrive at 1:15pm (2 volunteer hours)
