Track it Forward is excited to announce a new integration and partnership with FACTS Student Information System (SIS). With Track it Forward, parents and students can log their own service hours, sign up for events, and view progress toward requirements. Administrators can review and approve hours, post events, and pull reports.
With FACTS SIS, school administrators can keep track of student and parent demographic and enrollment information. Families can view grades, service hours, and other important information via the FACTS Family Portal.
A Better Way to Track Service Hours
Schools looking for a FACTS service hour integration to streamline time tracking should consider Track it Forward, especially if they’re using FACTS Family Portal for service hours. The FACTS Family Portal service hours section allows for parents and students to view their service hours at-a-glance, however it doesn’t allow for collection of custom data and advanced verifications. With the new Track it Forward - FACTS service hour integration, administrators can customize how they track and verify service hours, while still viewing the hours in FACTS Family Portal.

How it Works
Together with Track it Forward and FACTS SIS, administrators can streamline and customize the service hours tracking process. Our rostering integration allows administrators to sync parents or students from FACTS SIS to Track it Forward. Easily add, update, or archive users in Track it Forward from FACTS SIS with the click of a button.
In addition, approved hours in Track it Forward will automatically sync with FACTS SIS to provide a real-time count of service hours visible in the FACTS Family Portal. This data can now be viewed in both FACTS SIS and Track it Forward for reporting purposes.
