Product Update: Q1 2024

Last updated by Jordan Galerkin on 08/07/2024

Here at Track it Forward, we’ve been hard at work improving functionality and updating features for our customers! We’ve made important updates to events and filters, as well as improving user experience and resolving minor bugs. Learn more below.

Add a Secondary Event Organizer

Organizations now have the option of designating a secondary organizer for events posted on the calendar. The secondary organizer will receive notifications related to the event, such as sign ups and cancellations. They will also have access to modify the event and make changes if updates occur. This makes it easy to collaborate on events and manage volunteer sign ups.

Require Waiver for Event Sign Ups

When organizations create a new event, they can now choose to attach an event-specific waiver. If a volunteer attempts to sign up for the event, they will be prompted to review the waiver and confirm they have read it. Organizers will have the ability to confirm volunteers have accepted the waiver when they review the sign up list.

Report Filter for Pending/Rejected Hours

From the All Hours Report, organizers will see a new option to filter by the status of hours. This allows organizations to filter for pending or rejected hours and export the list to a CSV file for further review.

New Approval Queue Sorting

When organizers are reviewing pending hours, they can now choose to sort the list by volunteer name, activity, or total hours. This streamlines the review process by allowing organizers to sort submissions based on their preferred criteria.
