Volunteers are needed to help set up the Duncanville I ballroom for the Opening Ceremony. This will require volunteers to work quickly to complete a fast flipping of the room from the Orientation. Decorating entails dressing the stage, lighting, etc.

Volunteers are needed to assist in the Opening Ceremony program by ushering guests throughout the event, as well as to assist the facilitators.

Volunteers are needed to help break down the Duncanville I ballroom for the Opening Ceremony. This includes reorganizing, packing and storing items away for the night.
