To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process while accommodating attendees' needs, we propose the following:

Entrance & Initial Greeting:

1 greeter stationed at the main entrance,
1 in the foyer to guide guests to Registration,
1 in the registration room to guide those to the appropriate line at desk.
