Free the Trees! Stewardship Volunteer Day

Make a positive impact on your day off! Volunteer with our land steward manager and protect native habitat. The work we do on land has a direct impact on water quality and we need your help. Dress for the weather and working in an area with briars, tall grass and shrubs. Bring work gloves, and hand pruners and or loppers if you have them. Tools and equipment will be available, but if you can bring yours from home please do. Sign up for morning or afternoon shift or both. This volunteer opportunity is appropriate for Ages 14+

Cut vines growing up young and old trees. We cut them at the base to prevent them from growing in the spring allowing the trees to enjoy more sun, nutrients and water.
