Transplant Community Alliance & Transplant Team AZ

We have an information table at this event. We need volunteers to hand out information, answer questions and signup people on our email list.

We are also looking for people to attend this event to walk. Please get your friends and family to participate and register under the team "Transplant Team AZ." If you have a purple team shirt, please wear it. If you want one, let me know.
