Tree Stewards of Arlington and Alexandria

We will be meeting next to my Silver Toyota Tacoma pickup truck in the parking lot next to the Ben Brenman Park bathrooms:

We will meet up at 9:00 am so as to work before the summer heat really kicks in.

There are still a few broken and stub-cut branches to correct. There are also some young native Black Locust trees around the pond that area starting to send out horizontal thorny branches into the walking path (if we don't prune these, Park Maintenance will call in untrained contractor crews who will hack on the trees and damage them). There are also some London Plane Trees that have some low hanging branches over a park bench and walking path; if we don't prune them carefully and correctly, Park Maintenance will have untrained contractors hack on the trees.
