Join us at South Lansing Urban Gardens (SLUG) for a hands-on volunteer event where you’ll assist in cultivating clean produce year-round in the greenhouse, hoop house, and community garden spaces.
Event Details:
Activities: Planting, weeding, harvesting, and general garden maintenance.
Location: Behind the school building; take the north driveway closest to the police station entrance and follow it to the back.
Attire: Wear clothes that can get dirty and dress in layers, as the greenhouse can heat up quickly with sunshine.
