A Stately Affair Fundrasier

We are looking for 6-8 students to volunteer to work A Stately Affair fundraiser on June 15 at the Cox Business Center downtown.
A Stately Affair is held every other year in Tulsa and raises money for much-needed scholarships for both the Center for Health Sciences students and students at OSU Tulsa. Hosted by the OSU Foundation, A Stately Affair also honors a partner to OSU institutions in Tulsa with an Icon Award – this year the Cherokee Nation will be honored.
The event is from about 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Student volunteers are asked to arrive around 4-4:30 pm., and are typically asked to help directing guests to the ballroom, helping with the live ask for donations and other jobs that night as needed. They will have dinner at the event, and we usually seat them at tables to visit with donors. Please wear business professional and your white coats.
