This event will take place at COM1 lecture hall.

For National DO Day of Service, ABC Club is hosting a “meals on wheels” event where students are encouraged to help prepare and distribute lunches to the homeless. Food donations are welcomed! We will be putting together bagged lunches of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches or ham and cheese sandwiches, and a variety of fruits and water. Sign up for as many shifts as you would like, but a minimum of 1 shift (1 hour) is required for Touch Hour input. Volunteers (non-COM) students are welcomed to sign-up. The 1st shift will prepare workstations for food preparation. 2nd shift will prepare the sandwiches and other food items. 3rd shift will package the food in sacks to be distributed. 4th shift will clean up the area, trash properly disposed of, surfaces sanitized and wiped down. (Please wear your school scrubs for the event!)
