Winter Dance Concert '24 - Beautiful Things (Show #2) - Volunteers Needed

The Winter Dance Performance will be held Sat., Dec. 7, 2024, 6pm-7:30pm at the Dinning Hall at La Salle. There will be a casual reception with complimentary concessions before and after the concert in the lobby area outside of the dinning hall. We need several parents to sign up to bring food donations and assist students prior to the show, setting up, running concession, cleaning up, and or taking tickets in. All donated items should be labeled with family name, show name, date and time and contact information.
Non-Perishables items can be dropped off at the school office on Friday but should include a label with family name, show name, date and time and contact information.
DROP OFF TIME: 2PM on Sat., Dec. 7, 2024 - LOWER LOT SOUTH MICHILLINDA AVE.
LOCATION: Dinning Hall, La Salle
CANCELLATION: Please contact Xiomara Lafaurie immediately for any same day cancellations.
Be sure to log service hours as follows once you have made your donations:
*2 dozen cookies/brownies/bars = 1 service hour
*2 Large fruit Trays = 1 service hour
*2 Large cheese, meat, and cracker tray = 1 service hour
*2 cases or waters (sparkling or flat) or 2 dozen sodas = 1 service hour
*5 Hot chocolate boxes (8-12 packs) = 1 service hour
*1 Ground coffee (25.9 oz.) = 1 service hour
