School Wide Art Show Food Donations Needed
Saturday, March 30, 2019 4-6 pm

FOOD DONATIONS NEEDED FOR ART SHOW
-12" variety of Jimmy John Sub sandwiches cut in 4 pieces for snacking (enought to feed 40 people) = 1 hour of service for each 12 " sandwich
-Home Baked (6 dozen cookies/brownies/other dessert) = 1 hour of service per dozen
-Two large Fruit trays (serve approximately 30 people per tray) = 2 hours of service
-Two large Veggie trays (serve approximately 30 peopleper tray) = 2 housr of service
-$15.00 spend on meet or cheese / crackers = 2 hours of service
-60 small water bottles = 1 hour of service per package
-4 (12 packs) of coke, sprite etc = 1 hour service per pack

PLEASE be sure to label your donation(s) with your name, student's name and amount.
Items need to be dropped off at Lasalle in the Blakeslee Learning Commons (library) on Saturday March 30 between 2-3 pm
Kathleen Murray will be there to accept the donations. Event starts at 4 pm
