Mulch To the Moon!

Mulching - We are going to have an absolute mountain of mulch delivered and would like to mulch all of the Amazon Drive-facing beds on the property so it looks beautiful for Student Marketplace. To do this week need all hand on deck! Ridgeline has four wheelbarrows, several shovels, many buckets, some rakes, and a few pairs of gloves. BYO gloves, shovels, and rakes if you have ones that you like and prefer to work with.

Sign up to bring cookies, muffins, donuts, bananas, anything that is quick and easy for volunteer workers to snack on and refuel.

Sign up to bring water, coffee, or lemonade - anything refreshing that will boost our work party and keep them sustained!

Wheelbarrow & Shoveling Teams
Ideally, we'd like to have 4 teams/pairs (8 people) to help move mulch from the mountain to beds throughout the school property. If you have your own wheelbarrow, we could add more teams. The more the merrier! And if you can't stay the full 4 hours that is fine too. Come for 2 hours!

Mulch Spreaders
We need as many volunteers as possible to help spread mulch. After the wheelbarrow teams deliver it, the spreaders will distribute it with rakes or shovels. This is a great job for kids and youth too! Please bring extra rakes if you have them.

Cobweb clean up
This is a light duty task - we need someone to remove/dust the exterior light fixtures around the building. There are some thick cobwebs accumulating.
