Join us talk about trees and promote our Yard Tree Giveaway program. Share your love of trees with folks that may be interested in getting up to 2 free trees! Celebrate the eclectic and diverse Montavilla neighborhood while helping Urban Forestry grow our city's canopy! Volunteers will help pre-register people for our popular Free Yard Tree Giveaway that occurs in the fall. We'll have games, candy, and merchandise you can use to get people excited about trees. You will receive a talking points checklist and a short introduction/training talk explaining the Yard Tree Giveaway program. And, of course, staff will always be there to help in any way!
