Laying wreaths on Veteran Graves at Lakeview Cemetary for Pearl Harbor Day

On 12/7 we will honor Veterans at Lakeview Cemetery by placing wreaths on their graves. NOTE: this is a week later than usual to honor National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
Our guide will start instructions at 8 so please be there by 7:45. We’ll begin with remarks from the Commander of the VFW Post 653, Mike McGlinn, then hear instructions on how to properly and respectfully place the wreaths, as well as receive the section maps and lists of Veterans. You can enter through the Main Entrance on Main Street. You must park on the left in the parking lot by the cemetery office, soon after the entrance, over the bridge and first left. We are asked not to park on any grass areas of the cemetery and especially not disturb the grass areas around the gravestones. SLOBS will have 3 teams of 5/6.
