The Little Free Pantry is a free-standing, outdoor structure, open 24/7, near the entrance to St. John’s Lutheran Church just off Newfield Avenue. It was set up in September 2021 thanks to generous founding organizations such as the New Canaan Rotary Club and Zion Lutheran Church. The aim is to be a supplement to food banks and government assistance and help people dealing with food insecurity to find food & basics in a convenient manner.

Please support the LFP, Stamford by dropping off donations between October 10 - October 19 (list given below) at 873 N. Wilton Rd., New Canaan.
Sign in your name for 0.5 hours on the sheet provided outside with the drop-off bins.

Priority items:
Small jugs of laundry detergent, pods, or laundry soap sheets
Small bottles of liquid dish soap
Bar soap - any type
Toothpaste
Dental floss
Shampoo
Conditioner
Deodorant
Home cleaning products such as spray cleaner, toilet cleaner
Diapers
Feminine care products (smaller packages are preferred)
Spices such as salt, pepper, garlic

We do accept food donations too but would prefer no canned items as the pantry is outside and canned food will freeze.
