Halloween Haunt Night
Friday, October 29 2021
UPDATE! ALL PARENT VOLUNTEERS MUST PROVIDE A VACCINE CARD or a Negative Covid test within 72 hours of the event: Please submit to Linda Bass in the office. Lbass@alvernoheights.org
The ASU is hosting a drive-through "Halloween Haunt" from 6:00-9:00 pm on campus for all to enjoy. We need 16 volunteers to assist with traffic safety. We will have 2 volunteers per station (at the front entrance gate, the exit gate and two along the route). Volunteers will direct traffic safely along the way as well as watching for student safety. We also need a clean up crew from 9pm-10pm--bonus hours will be given for the clean up crew (2 hours credit given for 1 hour worked). All volunteers must wear all black, a mask and have their own flashlight (not a cell phone light). NOTE: Traffic Safety Volunteers please dress up in a costume and be part of the scary fun (if not then all black will suffice). We hope to ensure a scary, fun and safe event for all. LUNCH HAS BEEN REQUESTED BY MS. PS FOR THE DECORATORS AND CHAPERONES! Please coordinate with Nysha Dahlgren/Ms. PS with the Dominos cards.
You can check in with Robert Studer, APA President or Ms. Lisa Primero-Solano, Dean of Students.
Happy Haunting!
